Just got notified last night that my photo blankets ordered 2 weeks ago would not be delivered by Christmas as promised. I ordered 3 of them customized for each grandmother! Thanks for enough notice so that I could order from a more reputable company... not! Hope they are happy with ruining my Christmas joy!
I really like the email templates. This will save me so much time while at the same time generating extra business. Thank your for the doing this work for me!

Hi Kelli, I'm so very sorry your blankets won't be there in time. It is a very rare occurrence and we had an issue with our printers completing a few orders in time. I'm so sorry about that.
