I was extremely hesitant to shop at Lulus after reading the reviews but I ended up placing 3 different orders this month as I really loved their stuff and they had sales going on all month.
The only issue I had was my last package when I realized I never got a receipt as quickly as my other two. I had contacted customer service and the reply back was that they couldn't locate my order (but I was already charged)! My first thought was "wow all the negative reviews were right" sure enough within a hour, Tara had responded and asked me a few more questions regarding the order and together, we had found it. She even had it shipped with express shipping free of cost.
I couldn't believe how quickly they had responded to my emails and worked with me. Such a relief.
While some of their sizes didn't fit (I am in between sizes), it is so nice to have a company accept free returns and be trust worthy. I really appreciated their quick replies and their communication along the way. I was fearful it would be like a majority of other companies with an automated response. Tara is great!
