I ordered 3 items over 2 months ago and have only received 1. The item received was advertised as a winter coat. It was that small they had managed to squeeze it in a small plastic bag. It has cost me £15 to send the coat back after l had already paid £17 postage and packing in the first place. I cannot gain any contact with the company for a refund for all 3 items. I would never use the company again and would never recommend it.
