Wish has provided me with many items over the years and I wish to highlight what I have learned:

1. Long Wait.
Most items are coming from Asia. It will take a month, up to 6 months sometimes, for your item to arrive in Canada/USA.

2. Different Experience Each Time.
Each product is from a different seller, therefore your order experience should reflects on the individual shop and the seller on wish.com, not the website. Some products may be exact, others have different morals.

3. Read Reviews.
There are many wish shoppers who will take the time to let you know exactly what they received when they ordered. Some accompany pictures or even video.

4. Price Varies.
If you find an item you like, save it for later. Do a search for the item again and you may find it cheaper from another seller.

5. It says "Free", but it's not.
The price is put into the shipping. If you really want the item, save it for later and you may have a discount when the price is reset to normal. Example: yesterday an item was Free + $4 shipping. Today it is $2 + $2 shipping. Then I got 10% discount I wouldn't have gotten when it was "free".

Based on my past Online Orders:

Quality: Hotel prices -can- be a great bargain! I discovered that sometimes 'Mobile Deals' are even better than those found on the computer. And having an account let's you get 'Member Deals', too.

Customer Service: Sadly, Customer Service is non-existent if an issue arises!

08/08/2017: The hotels partnered with Priceline avoid confrontation about hotel complaints or issues by stating they cannot refund or compensate you, it is all up to Priceline. Meanwhile Priceline Customer Service hides behind the hotel, saying that they cannot override a refund or compensation without the hotel's permission.

I've spoke to their customer service agents via Live Chat on 3 occasions regarding the same issue with one particular hotel to no avail. It's been 3 weeks dealing with the childish hotel staff disconnecting calls with Priceline. And Priceline Customer Service continues to say their hands are tied because of the hotel.

With their resolutions relying solely on the hotel's say so, this brings down the quality of Priceline's Customer Service. Nevermind the overall reputation of their company.

19/09/2018: Well, I have given Priceline a second chance. BIG mistake. The hotel charged me less then Priceline's quote, but Priceline took MORE and refused to reimburse the difference. Then washed their hands of us by hanging up or ending the Live Chat.

As a past worker in customer service, I keep my cool and am polite so they have no reason to disconnect from me.

I don't understand how Priceline allows this to continue.

Tip for consumers:
Overall: I cannot stress enough: KNOW the hotel you are staying at before booking. Know the standards, know the quality so you won't ever be disappointed. Then you won't have to deal with Priceline's Customer Service.

Order Process Length: 5 Weeks & 5 Days (from placing order to receiving)*

Customer Service: Non-existent. I spoke to one of their customer service agents via Live Chat when the order didn't ship out at the date THEY provided me at check out. She explained would get back to me with an estimated ship date. I still have not received that courtesy check up.

Overall: I only glanced at Beyond the Rack because an e-mail informed me I had obtained a $20 credit. I happened to find a product I was using at a steal of 3 for $15 (Reg. $15 each) and placed an order. Given it took over a month to even ship my order from their company and the negative reviews found here, I shouldn't have considered it!

Original Review (1/5): I have an account with SuperRewards through IMVU as on option to receive free credits with offers and watching videos. Very rarely am I able to receive the credits owed when completing the tasks.

This last time, I decided to contact Customer Service to right the wrong for the missing credits. They were prompt in responding and once I provided screenshot proof of completing the tasks required for the offer, they told me I had been credited.

This was 6 days ago. For 5 different offers/tasks.

I questioned where the credits were since I have no proof of them being given. Within minutes they provide a transaction ID. This ID is nowhere to be found in my balance.

I wait a few days, believing that perhaps transactions are delayed. And still nothing.

I write today and within minutes they respond yet again, simply stating the transaction ID. That still does not exist.

I don't feel like a valued customer at all. And I have yet to receive the credits they owe me.

Update 11/02/2015 (4/5): After creating this review I was contacted by another Customer Service Rep to right the situation. He has had to contact IMVU's staff to manually apply the missing amounts to my account. To date, I am still having issues with new offers not being rewarded, but they have been assisting me a great deal in retrieving the amount owed.

Update 03/06/2016 (4/5): Whatever was keeping me from receiving the credits has finally been resolved. Credits appear automatically upon offer completion as it should.

Update 12/12/2016 (1/5): Inconsistent Customer Service. For the past few days, my tickets have been looked at at closed without so much of a reply. They are refusing to grant me credit for offers I have completed and have clear proof for. Not impressed. Treated like I am not worth their time. I don't feel like a valued customer at all.

What's the Gist? Each candle contains a $10 costume ring & a special reveal code for a chance to win an ADDITIONAL ring worth $100, $1000 or $5000!

Now here's my Diamond Candles Experience.

Products Purchased: 3 Ring candles (Black Cauldron, Honeydew Melon and Wild Berry Pancake)

Order Process Length: 7 days (from placing order to receiving)*

Size: At 21 oz, these soy candles will have a long burn life.

Quality: The house-filling smell while burning the candle could be considered 'overpowering' to the scent-sensitive. I will personally be sticking to fruity scents because I discovered the candy and bakery ones seem to be too strong.

Customer Service: N/A

Overall Experience: You will NOT believe me, but my 1st special ring code was a winning $100 ring! I cannot express how excited I am! Now I'm looking forward to the treasures that possibly await within the remaining candles (even if they are gifts).

Because I am not a U.S. citizen, I checked out with PayPal and created a loophole in providing a billing address and sent it to a U.S. border parcel service for pick-up.

Best uses: 1) When you do not have a credit card, the payment can be taken out from the bank account of your choice. 2) When a company refuses a VISA debit (or similar). 3) When you want an extra barrier of security between yourself and your seller.

Security: I feel there is an added measure of protection because the seller only gets a transaction ID from Paypal and no banking information from me. I also have the ability to contact Paypal's customer service if I do not receive what I paid for through an individual seller.

Customer Service: I have had no reason to reach out to them yet. All my transactions have gone over smoothly.

Overall: PayPal has been a Godsend for my online orders and purchases. However, private memos for transactions would be a bonus. Currently, any notes you attach to a payment are seen by the seller.

IMVU, as with any internet site, can be accessed by ANYONE. That said, if you do not feel comfortable coming into contact with people from ALL walks of life, then perhaps this is not the place for you.

IMVU profiles are intended for ages 13+. Until the user is 18, they require a parent or guardian to agree to the terms and conditions. (http://www.imvu.com/catalog/web_info.php?section=Info&topic=terms_of_service)

IMVU is divided between users aged 13-17 and then the 18+ Adults. The younger audience cannot access the 3D chat rooms of the 18+ audience unless they are invited by another user currently in the room (For example, my 18+ account could invite my 14 year old sister to an adult room. But only because I knew the EXACT name of her avatar). Forums and other aspects of IMVU are strictly aged blocked.

However, not everyone selects their real age when creating a profile, so this is where most issues occur!* I have encountered many minors with profiles stating they are aged 20+ and some of which have experienced content that I believe they are to young to witness. Some of them have even tricked their parents into buying them AP and saying it was VIP (more information on that below).

Basic Info:

~VIP is $9.99/month that provides the user with 5000 credits and a room bundle per month, the ability to 'whisper' to VIP users and create VIP-only rooms. More information from the link here: (http://www.imvu.com/vip_club/)

~AP (Acess Pass) is a one-time fee of $19.99 for users with profiles 18+. This provides access to ADULT CONTENT clothes, furniture and rooms. Content such as nudity, BDSM, profanity, sexual themes, the consumption of Tobacco, alcohol, and marijuana.(http://www.imvu.com/accesspass/)

~IMVU is a FREE 3D chat site. However, special profiles (ie. AP and VIP) have a cost and users are able to simply purchase credits for buying clothes, furniture and rooms for their 3-D chat experience. However, said credits can be earned without a cost to them by surveys, videos and peer reviewing items in the shop.

*If your child is interested in IMVU, or is already a member, please ensure their profile matches their true age. This will aid in providing an age-appropriate content experience.

Product: Princess Deluxe Hair - Dark Auburn - Color 33 (Clip-In Hair Extensions)

Order Process Length: 9 days (from placing order to receiving).

Quality: After all the raving YouTube reviews and product photos from previous buyers, I was definitely not expecting what I received: At first, I opened the 'Tester' piece: a 2 clip weft for you to take out and examine to ensure the product is right for you (ie. Colour/Thickness...). I noticed some severe hair breakage along the top of the weft. And given the return policy*, I shrugged it off; telling myself it's condition was because it was returned for being the wrong colour for the previous buyer. So, otherwise content with the product's colour and softness, I decided to open the actual extensions and give them a try...

To my surprise, the extensions of the actual product were just as bad, if not worse! I felt like the creation of my extension set was manufactured quickly and less then halfheartedly.

1) More then one weft had glue patches at the top. Making clumps of hair stick together in a hard mess near the clip.

2) I had full pieces of different coloured strings, the full length of the hair, sewn into the weft. Therefore being tangled in among the real hair.

3) Some of the clips already had breakage. The odd thing? If this occurred during transportation, the broken strands would have been in the hair net upon opening. Alas, there was not enough loose strands to equal that amount of damage in the bag when I opened it.

Sure the strings could be cut out, but I was concerned over the amount of hair loss and the glue. This led me to reaching out to Customer Service for an explanation and advice.

Customer Service: The agent that I corresponded with via e-mail stated that they had not received any complaints about this product before. She then proceed to tell me that shedding occurs during the initial wash (which I hadn't done yet) and would lessen after that. She continued on how to care for the extensions specifically with -their- whole line of products and suggested I buy all of those. She ignored my question to provide me with a 'high quality' product the company is apparently known for and seemed to refuse to speak to me until I had followed her steps of washing and etc.

Overall: Half the glue did remove after the first wash. I have not yet washed it a second time because I haven't worn the extensions enough to make them 'dirty'. I was disappointed to find all these things wrong taking them right from the package and having to instantly maintain them before having the opportunity of wearing them.

Based on My Online Order:

Product: NuMe Pearl Curling Wand*

Order Process Length: 11 days** (From placing order to receiving).

Quality: The product was exactly as described. Including a heat protecting glove that works with either hand.

Customer Service: I have not dealt with the staff yet, but I am concerned about the Limited Warranty*** should the product be defective after the 90 days.(Especially given the minor damage I explain below)

Overall: I am satisfied with the product itself. It does give such unique looking curls because of the odd-shaped barrel. I absolutely love the length and ability to swivel the cord. Makes it so much easier to work with. Unfortunately, during packaging or en-route to me, there was a small chip in the ceramic coated barrel. It was too small to be seen in images, that I did not bother to request a return. Hope it doesn't effect anything in the future. -Knock on wood-

Overall: Nothing wrong with being a 'Swaggernaut'. The steps are pretty simple: Earn and Redeem. However, the amount of SB* earned and redeemed varies depending on what offers and surveys are available. But everyday you have the opportunity to watch videos (10 videos=3 SB), play games and answer the daily poll to earn points. There are even more daily options as you explore the site.

There are many different payout options and amounts in the Rewards Store to redeem your SB's for (including donations for charity and 'impact' organizations). Personally, I believe the best payout option is the PayPal gift cards. This is because I am not a U.S. citizen, and a majority of the gift cards are for U.S. sites and stores.**

My purchase from one of their 'Campaigns' went over smoothly, however I have to point out that the order process depends on the Campaign length. Mine lasted 30 days from placing the order to receiving it.

Once your order is created, the receipt is sent along side a link to show you how far along the process is. This includes when the goal is met, when the product is being printed and then when it has finally shipped!

If you are looking to order from the Campaign, do so. The item is unique and limited-edition and the products are of great quality and durability!

My FashionMia Experience:

Order Process Length: 41 days (from placing order to receiving).

Quality: The material of the boot itself is nice-looking, but cheap. And the -extremely- fake fur is very poorly cut and arranged. On top of it all, the fur colour/pattern was different from what I ordered (I ordered the red fox-like version, received ones with black fur instead). In short, I doubt they will last as long as my Wal-Mart brand 'Ugg', even after waterproofing.

Sizes: Since they were shoes, they were accurate in size. But in terms of the clothes, I believe they would be 'Asian' sizes.

Overall: I will not be contacting their customer service department, because I know for a fact it will be futile based on similar websites:

A) If I wished to return the product, I would be expected to pay the shipping cost to return it (which has been known to cost 3-6 times more then the product is worth) and FashionMia would NOT be refunding me for that.

B) Speaking to a Customer Service agent whose first language is NOT English, can be a nightmare within itself, so it would not be worth my time and effort to ask for a refund.

To sum it up, I will not be placing orders with FashionMia, DressVe, RoseGal or any similar online 'Asian'-based discount stores. I was giving them a chance to redeem themselves by trying the shoes instead of clothes, but they have failed once again.

Please, PLEASE avoid them and their sister-sites. They are not worth the price or wait!*

Based on My Online Order Experience:

Quality/Size: Exactly as advertised. More information below.**

Customer Service: I have not personally dealt with the staff yet, but I would liked to have been informed my order was actually sent with 2 different tracking numbers. I had to go to the drop-off location twice because they arrived on separate days.

Overall: The order went smoothly, save for the information I mentioned above. I am just upset that the quality was not as great for the price I paid (and that was even with a 20% off sale). I will just have to lower my standards in terms of fabric-related articles from this site. Although it seems super soft, I feel they are focused on style more then durability.

Tip for consumers:

Based on My Experience:

Order Process Length: 4 days* (From placing order to receiving).

Quality: Absolutely, without-a-doubt amazing! The corset was exactly as pictured on the site.** The fabric is stitched beautifully, the bone/support structure is strong and secure. Overall high quality. Definitely a great price for the quality provided! Especially for a first-time corset buyer.

Sizes: True to size and the shop also has a Size Guide to assist you in choosing the correct size for your needs.

Customer Service: I have not personally dealt with the staff yet, but because my order has gone over so beautifully, I doubt I will have to!

Overall: Long story short, I am eagerly awaiting to place another order in the future!

Results: I took the pills for 3 weeks with no weight change. If anything, I became bloated which made me doubt the quality of the product and truth behind the diet.

I would have tried the trial for longer, but then I found out that after 14 days, you are actually charged '$89.71 plus applicable sales taxes for the trial bottle you received' (That's $89.71 PLUS taxes for EACH bottle, by the way). No way was I going to continue to pay that when I still haven't gotten the results that customer's were claiming occurred in 1 week!

*Note: I also purchased the Natural Colon Cleanse Elite (>>Link here: http :// naturalcoloncleanselite. Com/<<) as well because it was suggested to try both for best results according to the diet from Women's Health.

1) Take one Garcinia Diet Ultima pill per day (in the morning).
2) Take one Cleanse Ultima pill per day (in the evening).

Customer Service: The agent I spoke to regarding my order was very rude. He didn't seem to have any patience or care for me as a customer. I felt so disrespected and unimportant!

He offered me a discount (which was probably less then 10%) to keep the bottle and cancel my subscription OR told me to return it and pay the shipping. When I asked for a moment to think about it, he told me he had already gone ahead and processed the return and that I now HAD to pay the shipping fee to get it back. I'm so angry that I was now forced into returning these bottles, but at least it was going to be MUCH cheaper then being charged for them (even with the discount)!

Returns: I had to pay the return shipping fee, and they will NOT refund that back to you. After the item was delivered, they still didn't process the refund until I called in with the tracking number and made an inquiry. Then of course it took 6 days for the refund to actually be back on my card...

I have all good things to say about this site... Everything I have purchased so far has been handmade, unique and great quality. Customer service has been excellent, communication thorough and professional.

However, I wish to point out that each order experience is reflected on the actual individual shop and seller within the Etsy site, not the site itself.

I find that if you make an honest review using criticism instead of just negativity your comment is likely to remain on the seller's profile and could possibly be addressed by the original seller to resolve the issue.

If you have greater issues with an order, you can make a complaint with the Etsy site to investigate the matter. Just look for the "Do you have a problem with your order?" link under your order history for more information.

Based on My TeeFury Experiences:

Order Process Length: 1-3 Weeks (From placing order to receiving).

Quality: Amazing! Whatever technique they use to place the design image onto the shirt is incredible. It definitely lasts longer then any iron-on would.

Sizes:
-Women's: Have an awesome feminine form-fit. However, these are made from a fabric similar to 'organic cotton' and tend to shrink 2 (sometimes 3) sizes smaller!
-Men's: Stay true to size after washing. I believe this is because it is a different material then the women's.
-Junior's: N/A. I have not purchased from this group.

Customer Service: The TeeFury staff has been quick to respond and resolve any issue that I have came across.

Overall: I am pleased with all my orders, and those that had issues were resolved by the staff:

*In my first order, I purchased both men and women shirts. They both arrived the perfect size, the need to return or complain was not even considered. Unfortunately, the women's shirt shrunk after the first wash. Shrinking to the size of a child's t-shirt and could no longer be worn by the intended wearer. But, the men's shirt remained the same size and shape. TeeFury was quick to respond and sent me a replacement.

My DressVe Experience:

Order Process Length: 32 Days (from placing order to receiving).

Quality: Amazing for a 'discounted' on-line bulk store. My sweater was exactly as the image on the website. The zipper just requires some crayon or pencil along the edge for ease of use.

Sizes: 'Asian' sizing. Buyer Beware!

Overall: I am deeply disappointed and depressed! Much to my amazement and frustration, my sweater is MUCH smaller then expected.

The worst part? The supposed "measurements" for the sweater were provided in the description on the website! Because I had the measurements in front of me and could compare to my own measurements, I placed the order with DressVe having a fair bit of confidence. Obviously, that step was proven futile because they were still in 'Asian' sizes any ways!

*I am currently in the middle of discussing my options with a customer service rep. Going on day 3 now. I feel the language barrier doesn't help. Her responses are very poorly written and she just seems to repeat herself constantly.

Update: DressVe customer service told me I was only entitled to a 'max refund' of $5 for my order. I spoke to Stephanie Z (DressVe's Rep here on SiteJabber) who was able to boost that up to $10.
