I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. Ordered back in February. Tried to cancel order and was told I couldn't. Was told I could return my items if I wasn't satisfied. Received 1 dress and it was horrid. Looked dingy, had loose threads. They let me cancel the other dress since it hadn't shipped, but only wanted to give back 50% of what I paid. On the item I returned they only wanted to give back 50%. Then they started to negotiate. How about 60% on this one and 55% on this one, etc... I wrote a bad review on SiteJabber and then they wanted to negotiate more. They agreed to credit back the price of the dress which hadn't shipped 100% and 65% on the one I returned. They did credit back the 100% on the dress that hadn't shipped, but I still have no refund on the dress I returned. Over 2 weeks ago, they said they would give back 95% if I removed my negative review on Site Jabber. Then they said they processed my credit. It's now been over 10 days and still no credit has shown... so this review stands! This company is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You are stuck with merchandise or only partial credit if you do not want the item. They try some song and dance about how they have to throw away the items if they are returned - I don't buy it! They also did some funny math in the account making it look like I didn't pay as much as I did on my order - but I have my credit card statement to prove it.

UPDATE 7/10/16 As of today, I have still not received a refund for the dress I returned. I have been told twice the refund would be put through and also to be "patient." I have been asked to remove my review and *then* they would put the credit through. Please do NOT believe the positive reviews.
