I've sent in 4 bags, always took the $12.99 insurance to send my items back if you didn't want them. The 2nd bag included a hello kitty dress that was no listed as purchased but we saw it on the site listed with the same small black stain by the hem that my daughtr got on it in Hawaii in the airport, they showeed the picture, unless another 5 year old also had the same dress with the exact same tiny black stain on the ruffle by the hem or you took my dress and didn't credit me. Then on my 4th bag there was an xs NEW northface that I got as a gift, that entire bag was not accepted and although you have my credit card on file and chose return assurance I got nothing back because" all the clothes didn't meet standards" really? You people are thieves, I've seen multiple other reviews but dismissed them. Never again, do not do business with these THIEVES! They still send me emails that my stuff is selling, it's a slap in the face.
