After being told I would receive a credit to my Pay Pal account for my original shipping cost I have yet to see that happen. They can say anything they want in emails and on web site comment pages but they DO NOT follow through or work to help their customer. Jolly Chic is absolutely a rip off and I would NEVER order from Jolly Chic again! Stay away from this company!
