The Quality Inn in Maryville TN is the worst place I've ever stayed with the worst service. They don't tell you they are a "smoking friendly" hotel, nor do they tell you they have non-smoking rooms on the smoking floor! The entire floor smelled of smoke- even the 'non-smoking' rooms. HORRIBLE!

I was having trouble placing an order and had to call customer service- they not only placed the order for me- they gave me a coupon for $$ off my next order just because I was had a problem!

I paid over $1000 for the Husky s25 serger. This was my second HV serger -the first one COULD NOT BE FIXED -it was an s21. This summer, it took 6 weeks and $175 to get my S25 cleaned- then one month later; it just suddenly stopped working. The LCD panel went out and the part was not under warranty even tho the machine was only 2 years old. The labor to replace the LCD panel was 239.00 PLUS 219.00 for the part. And it took 4 weeks to get this information. Bottom line is the quality and service for these machines is absolutely horrible! I bought a Babyloc and put the S25 in the trash.!

These people are horrible. I was GUARANTEED shipment by 10/21. I have called 3 times- each time I get a customer service rep that is worse than the last one. I was on hold for 36 minutes and got "disconnected". These people are a joke. Do not order!
