This is the first review I have ever been motivated enough to write- I was so disappointed in the terrible service of what I thought was a top notch company. I wish I read the reviews before hand! - after the first order not going through I finally made a second choice and paid the ridiculous added shipping fee for deliver to be on Mothers Day and it never arrived! Then I called customer service: 45 minutes of being told 3 different stories and them basically not caring that I had a bad experience- they were willing to just let me go unhappy since all they would do was refund the shipping cost and deliver the berries 4 days late I FINALLY got though to a supervisor who was the first one to care and did reimburse me a bit more. Such a huge disappointment since the company had endorsements from some businesses I respected. Boy was I wrong!
