I ordered a stunning pair of shoes in February - Credit Card as charged on day of purchases.
Still waiting for what was meant to be my WEDDING shoes to delivered TWO months later! After waiting patiently for a month I enquired about when I might receive my order only to be told that it had not passed a quality inspection and had to be remade, no problems - at least they didn't send out a defective product. They advised they shoes would be dispatched within the next 5-7 days... 10 days later I enquired again, I will receive them in 5-7 days... TWO and a half months later and I have given up and have requested a number of times for my purchase to be refunded as they have not been able to deliver the goods only to be told "your goods have been shipped and you will receive them in"... you guessed it 5-7 days! That was two weeks ago and still no shoes!
