On 10/14 i made a purchase for a trial of miracle cleanse and Garcia replenish first i clicked no on the coffee, well they added it to my order anyway i had to call the phone number listed and explained to the man i didnt purchase that one he said well mam i can offer it to you for 29.99 ( keep in mind i said no@ 4.95) i said no thank ( the light bulb should have went off then) but dumb me he then said how about 15 i said no, so and trust me i read the disclosure the fine print because I didnt want anything that was goona charge my card randomly for anything after this, well 10/28 i wake up and see 2 charges taken out of my bank by the same company, I call "shaunda" the customer service rep ( and i use that term loosely) who was very rude simple kept saying no you had to cancell in 14 days, I am arguing no i did not refund my money she first says ill refund 30 percent i said no ill send the packages back you refund all my money, she said ok ill give you my employee discount and refund 50 percent, i say really ok ill file a dispute with my bank her reply go ahead as soon as they see you wont get your money back so i say if this is how you do business im filing a complaint with the bbb she then replies you threaten the business im canceling your refund frustrated i hang up, have to call a different number for the other charge this lady not as rude but says the same thing i can only refund up to 50 percent of the price. So me P**sed off go to work talk with my bank cancell my card and explain to my bank that i wanna read everything before i dispute it, so i call the same number back, a lady answers the phone i say i would like some info about your company, brenda( is the name i was given as hers) asks can i have your account, i say i dont have an account im just trying to get some info on your company im thinking about ordering but I wanna make sure your a legit company before i do, where are you located at brenda, on the west coast she replies why? Me again im just trying to make sure your a legit comapny before i decide to order from you, then i ask now if you have a 14 day trial period before charging full price is that 14 business days or 14 days? She replies 14 business days ( i ordered on 10/14 the money was taken out 10/28 that not 14 business days) and then i ask are all call to your center recorded shes says yes for customer service satisfaction, so i say brenda if i called this number back to you have a direct extention she says no but if you call and ask for me they will transfer you to me. So i nicley say ok thank you, youve been very helpful, i then contact the bank im am waiting on the papers to file a dispute to get a full refund back because even if I did miss the 14 day trial (which i know i didnt) I still have 4 business days before they shouldhave taken any money out. I also filed a complaint with the bbb by googling the 866 number given got the name po box adress city state. Im praying i get my money back I wont be eating this week because after taxes and health insurance what they took was well over half my paycheck. Dont buy from this company. Im hoping my bank will give me my money back, meanwhile while shaunda who should not work cleaning up poop on the side of the road threatened to cancell my refund because I mentioned the bbb. Dont buy from them they are a scam i am not the only person this has happened to... they are not upfront and they customer service reps are rude as heck

I ordered 3 items a pair of boots and 2 tops paid on 10/6/2015 the boots came not the tops no phone number to call them so I contacted customer service via email I explain to them that I had ordered two tops and a pair of boots the boots came the top did not come they replied assuring me that my tops were on the way then I see on my account the tops were shipped on October 19th on December 3rd I emailed them again requesting a refund of the difference in the price and shipping I was charged for the two tops that I never received they replied as a good faith effort on their part if I went to my post office and got a statement from them stating that my shipping address was correct on January 19th 2016 they would refund the difference my reply was I shouldn't have to go to my post office part of the order Kane I left a review for the boots so therefore they know the address is the correct address my post office never gives me a problem delivering parcels my post office doesn't hold things for customs fees I am beyond livid I am contacting my banking institution to see what I can do about getting my money refunded this is crap there's no legitimate phone number for customer service you have to submit a ticket and wait for them to get back with you I was charged more for shipping than the actual price of the items I ordered needless to say this company has lost my business I explained to them that the tops were for presents for birthdays that way since passed I want my money back I'm at the point now where I don't even want the boots I just want my money back
