I am sooooooooo grateful for the people who put their negative experiences here. Thanks to you, I HAVE AVOIDED problems. I appreciate it soooo much. Initially I was going to order all the bad reviews until i went to order the Crotchet braids Janet collections (Havana) Girl! Why did they act like I can use the October coupon code and when i tried it accepted it and right BEFORE I went to pay it kept switching to the regular full price.! What! Bait and switch stay away. The shipping is unethical and does not match what it really cost to ship. Eww! Shady
