I wrote a bad review earlier. They firmly refused to refund me and was very rude. I did get refund after calling my credit card bank and they easily got this scammer to refund me.
So, if you did not get refund, call your credit card bank.
If you do not cancel within 5 days, they will charge your credit card $34,95 a month and when you find out by reading your credit card statement, they will NOT refund anything.
Don't be fooled by the so-called "Satisfaction Guaranteed" on their website.
Even if they e mail you that the flight is confirmed, do not trust them. It happened to me. I was starnded in Beijing, China b/c they made a mistake and my flight was not confirmed as they had informed me. I had to stay one night at airport and get on the plane the the next day on stand-by.
They only refund me the $200 extra fee I had to pay the airline.
You need to confirm with the airlines yourself.
One you buy a ticjket, they do not send you confirmation e mail like other website (Priceline). You will only find out when you log into your account.
I bought the same ticket twice b/c I thought the first purchase was not complete now I can not return the second flight ticket.
