EBATES' customer service is definitely BEYOND AWESOME! I am not very savvy with technology and had managed to create two (2) separate EBATES account. I realized I had cash value on both and was feeling quite flustered. I sent an email describing my situation. In no time, I received a reply from an ACTUAL PERSON explaining my dilemma was solved and were consolidated using the email address I preferred. DID YOU READ THIS? AN ACTUAL PERSON, NOT AN AUTOMATED EMAIL WITHOUT THE OPTION OF RESPONDING, SAVED THE DAY! I am sending the same message to Clark Howard, as I am a big fan. I need to let him know that EBATES' customer relations departments is the opposite of the customer "no-service" departments consumers usually have to deal with. Thank you, Marlene and EBATES!
