I had bad experience with groupon for last 3 month, almost everything I purchased was not exactly they advertised. It is takes forever for them to ship., I placed order Feb. 25 and its still not shipped, when I called custom. Serv. Lady said its takes 12 working days to process the order and plus 12-14 days to ship. It is very stupid answer because it is should never take so long, it is a lie. I make a lot online purchase but its never took so long. We make purchase paying imidiatly and the they does not bother to ship our items, using our money for 3-4 weeks. Before shipping. Beware that what they advertising does not exactly the same. Lady in customer service is very rude with big mouth that I coud not to talk with her, hang up.
