I ordered 3 anklets a few days ago. I received my order yesterday but one anklet was missing. I called Customer Service today and they were very helpful and will be sending me the third anklet.
The missing anklet from my order will be shipped to me. Customer Service was very good.
I have been ordering from R-S since 1985. I have always loved their jewelry.
I have wanted new anklets.
I ordered this for my daughter's birthday. It will be a great little crossbody when she's going out to dinner or running quick errands. She loves Basquiat and his art. My only problem—my fault—was that I used the "Tradsey10" code for 10% off and meant to use "Gift 50" for $50. Off! Doggoneit! But I ordered it on 2/11/22 and got it on 2/14/22! Quickest order and delivery ever! Thank you!

I love everything about Joss & Main and Wayfair, EXCEPT that darn clock that ticks off the minutes and then empties your shopping cart. Can anyone tell me why that annoying clock is necessary?!
