I placed an order on the 14th. STILL "processing"... when I placed order it said ships in 3-5 days. I have placed a ticket, a complaint and attempted to call their "customer service" line too many times to count. Anytime I call it either rings then I get hung up on or you cannot leave a message. You would do yourself a favor by simply going to the stores to shop, stay away from this place. Black Friday sales but haven't handled business on a regular day. Smh
