This company is fraudulent. They operate both SammyDress and RoseWholesale. They may partially ship in order to coax you into waiting, which then invalidates consumer protection times of 45 days. They send false tracking numbers, generated by fake sites. You can file a complaint with IC3, which partners with the FBI. http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this vendor. If you have ordered, you can file a complaint within 45 days to get your money back through paypal. If you are outside of the 45 day period, file a complaint with the Internet Crime Division.
