I placed my order on 9/21/11, it's 10/19 and it STILL hasn't arrived. When I tracked the shipment, it says completed, but upon further looking into the shipping method, it says that the UPS package was transferred to the local postal carrier for delivery.
I contacted Zulilly a week ago and they apologized for the inconvenience and offered free shipping for my next order. Although this was a nice gesture, I don't want to have to experience this headache again. I will not be ordering from them again.
