My past experience with Amazon was stellar for years and years. I had to contact them a couple of times but PEOPLE at Customer Service cleared it up. Recently, I ran into 3rd, 4th or? Party sellers. Amazon became the world's biggest retail store by taking all these unknown 'other sellers' and like OpenSky under their UMBRELLA. Now their customer service can't be found. Again like OpenSky. It takes a miracle like to discover how and where to look. I believe that Amazon is accountable for every seller under their LOGO. With largeness, customer service has tanked into an electronic nightmare for customers. There is no way that I could reach ANYONE to help... and for the 3rd time I was charged for books I didn't receive. It was Charged-Refund-Recharged. The numerous hours spent trying to contact someone is hard to believe. I didn't reach anyone. All for the same books all paid for but mistakenly shipped again. Not received! I didn't re order duplicates of duplicates! If anyone researched the original order they would see that. They finally refused 15 emails or explanations. There was no profane letters. Nothing like that. I couldn't find an address to write to... and I spent hours researching and writing emails that were rejected until I gave up. (Is this beginning to sound familiar?). I returned the one book sent to me from that first order in early Nov that was out of stock for a long while. I didn't open the box but returned it unopened so I can't say for sure which book it was. I do know it was one book. I don't know how they account for that. Anyway, my new Amazon CC bill came the 8th of this month and there is no mention of what merchandise was charged for but I am recharged! For many of the same books. This time I will contact the Visa Amazon card and contest this bill. At least Chase has PEOPLE to talk to and give/receive without the pain of filling out reams of Internet 'help options' and other machines and programs offered. SO WATCH OUT. I think to protect oneself, print out all orders and save papers of proof from Amazon. I didn't. I saved some emails from Amazon. Emails of explanations they won't accept. Emails say refused... they don't receive reply's. I am amazed that Amazon can't do decent customer service with ALL their money for World wide jobs... real people to help. Machines don't listen.

I have been asked to give another review on OpenSky.com. I spent $39.99 and returned the blackish canvas bag. However, after many fruitless attempts to square this mess around, I wasn't able to contact these people and receive any results. After blasting the company HERE, and listening to their many excuses, I did receive $19.00 and change out of the 39.99 not including shipping of course. I did give one review of the outcome. Another woman had complained about the small amount she received back. Ladies and Gentlemen., this WEB SITE is only a WEBSITE and it is developed to make YOU give up in despair because you can't reach them without many wasted hours of attempting to contact them. IF YOU KICK UP A FUSS, you might hear from them after you have complained and written a review on SiteJabber regarding this company. They answer here. That canvas bag was light weight and didn't cost much to mail. I WAS sent $19 & change back. Charged $20.00 for shipping and probably handling fees. It is all about making you waste many hours and then repaying as small an amount as possible and delaying the shipping and return times so you don't have an option of returning the item you are returning. They use up extra days giving you a shipping label, they waste time in any reply they need to send you or they don't reply at all... I was huffily told that OpenSky houses HUNDREDS of business and "how could THEY be expected to know everything with every seller... NO ONE KNOWS what is going on and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think it is time that ALL of us bombard FACEBOOK and have OPEN SKY thrown OFF ALL THE SOCIAL MEDIAS YOU BELONG TO. SOMEONE STEP UP TO THIS SCAM... GET SOMETHING GOING TO STOP THIS. PROTECT THE CUSTOMERS WITH THE TRUTH!.

Tip for consumers:
Last billinbg cycle, I was refunded $19.00. I didn't see this on my last bill. I wasn't looking for a $19.00 refund. Not when the Black Bag was $39.95 on sale. I expected a small shipping fee but $20 and change"? No, I didn't expect that. SO...their return fees are outrageous. People, just DON'T purchase anything else on Open Sky.
