I had a small issue with my Ebates cash back checks and Tiffany at the Ebates Customer Service team responded to my initial help request the SAME day as well as SOLVED my issue immediately! I love the fact that Ebates searches for coupons and specials before I check out online from so many different stores as well as sends me a Big Fat Check every time I turn around... LOVE EBATES! Thanks so much TIFFANY ~ You are the BEST! <3
