Second time I have bought something from open sky and will not buy again. I bought a pack of two Bamboo pillows and only received one. Contacted them and gave them all the information they asked for including pictures and still have not received any information except we will get back to you when we hear from the merchant. I have contacted them several time now and nothing. So frustrated. Now its to late to return item because they have drawn this out. Will NEVER order from them again. Wasted money :(
