Ordered two necklaces thru "FAMILY FINDS" with my daughters name on it and they were horrible. They were cheap plastic, reminded me of something you'd get at a state fair. They never used the word "plastic" either in the description. The first time I wore one it broke in half. I called for a refund and they refused stating it was custom made... Isn't everything from the site custom since it's name plates? Horrible excuse since it's a custom site! I paid to return them both and never recieved them back... And no refund either. The "silver" chain it came on with so cheap and light weight, it too looked like it was state fair material. FAMILY FINDS would not answer or acknowledge my emails as well. I will NEVER use either of these sites.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought two massage at "SPA MYSTYK" in Villa Park and the spa will not answer the phone nor respond to my emails. Now Lifebooker will not even acknowledge my emails. NO ONE WILL ANSWER ME!
NEVER AGAIN!
