They owe me $200 in returns and I asked them to credit my card back since they've been also very bad in managing my account and I am still waiting for my refund. I keep on talking on one customer service person to another, leaving messages for the manager, but at no avail. They charged me for an order, gave me account credit when I returned it then one month later charged me again for the same order. I called and told them that they overdrew my account and should at least have called me before charging for no reason and I got the sleaziest defensive behavior even. They are the worst, their shipments can take up to 2 months and their accounting is a total mess. Don't bother to shop!
