I wish I had read these reviews before I stupidly ordered an item from these people. I even paid the extra for the item to be expedited quickly.
I received the email with my tracking number for Australia Post and of course, it's an invalid number and no such number appears. Instead I get taken to a site with asian writing on it. So I wrote an email asking where my item was and guess what? They advised it was with the customer and that I should contact the customer. I am the friggin customer.
Don't be stupid and order anything from Rosegal, they are dishonest and untrustworthy,
Sadly, I've lost the money, as who the hell do you complain to. The bank said it's too late to stop the payment and it would take too long anyway.
The one good thing is it's under $50 I've lost, but why should I have lost anything.
I can't even rate them.
