Like many people these days, I'm underinsured and struggling to pay for medication. My asthma medicine especially, generic Symbicort, often comes in at $200 or more even with coupons and discounts, for a one month supply.
The good Rx site said I could get this medicine for $36 at Jewel Osco. I had my doctor transfer my prescription and took the coupon over - and it was over $200. Trying my goodrx gold subscription didn't help.
GoodRx said my other medication, generic Patanase, would cost $38 at Walgreens. Again I had my doctor transfer the prescription and took the coupon there... and it came in at over $90. And again, my paid membership didn't help.
According to this article, good RX makes a profit from the pharmacies who accept their program. They made millions in 2018.

I don't appreciate them playing games with my health and wasting the time of myself, my doctors, and my pharmacists! There's a name for what they're doing. It's called Bait and Switch, and it's illegal.

This morning I bought a coupon for a massage, then changed my mind.
Groupon's refund policy says things can be returned for refund within 3 days.
I tried to contact them to return the coupon, and it is impossible.
There is no phone number, web form, email address or chat link.
The Help menu takes me to my order and refund policy - but there is no way to communicate with them.
I found a link to email at the bottom of my acknowledgement email and tried emailing them - I got a reply saying they would only help me through the web site.
After the charge has posted to my card, I will have the charge reversed.
This is the first and last time I use groupon. A company that is so cheap it has no customer service people is not a good company!

Seeing these reviews and the lack of info on their site before I registered, I hesitated to use Instacart, but my back was acting up and I didn't want to haul groceries from Whole Foods.
I used Instacart through the Whole Foods site and it worked well. I went to the Whole Foods site and clicked on delivery. I registered there and was able to find what I needed. This included packages of different pieces of chicken, and I was able to enter notes describing what I needed.
I received a text saying that my order had been adjusted (uh oh!) and the shopper would call me. He did and he was smart and articulate. No trouble understanding my order. He said they didn't have one of my items. It wasn't urgent, so I told him to forget it. He verified the size and cuts of the packages of chicken - he had gotten it right! I was happy and impressed.
Later I received a text saying my order would be delivered about 7:15. The driver actually came earlier. Even better!
I had been a little concerned about the raw chicken, but they had it in the fridge until delivery. Awesome!
This was the first time I ever had groceries delivered, and it was excellent. :)

Tip for consumers:
The reviews here are not great, but I had a good experience going through the store's web site. That might be a better way to use Instacart.

This scam site, probably out of India, cited me a price for a medication of $89. When they said...
