I found the pillows quite comfortable, everyone is different in that respect. My complaint is- I bought 3 for myself & 1 for my Mom. The fabric on all 4 turn yellow eventually & stay yellow after washing. I else experience this?

I received plenty of info but within a year price went from$16.80 to $19 something to $21, I wasn't using it enough to justify price and cancelled. They charged a $25 cancellation fee! I'm sure it is in the fine print you never read. Anyhow, just expect this if you cancel. I don't agree with it. Bad business & won't go back.

Order placed 4/5, when not received as expected I went to my "order details" to contact seller I find that the seller was no longer on Etsy & I was unable to contact them. I filed for a refund with Paypal & with Etsy. Etsy's response was essentially that they would do nothing since I had filed a claim with Paypal. Viewing other reviews re: Etsy's buyer refund protection, they are useless regardless the reason. As soon as this is resolved I will cancel my account & never order from an Etsy seller again. Unfortunate as their sellers have many unique items.

First of all it took 81 days to receive my purchase with many time consuming emails that got me nowhere. This is a platform only, not a store & with further checking there are tons of these platforms under
to wear to an event in a month shop somewhere else; if you don't need it for 3-6 months might work.
I will read reviews on anything I purchase from now on, thanks for the lesson AndynZoe.
