Sent my items to Twice and heard back immediately from them. I received a check within a reasonable amount of time as well. I would have liked to have gotten a little more money for the items but at least it was better than nothing. They accept Chico's, and did accept 11 out of 14 items. Three of the items were outdated so that is understandable. I would definitely deal with them again which is more than I can say for Thredup.

I order from Amazon alot. Never had a problem with them. Merchandise is shipped quickly. Will continue to order from them.

Sent my bag in with all the brands accepted by Thredup. All items were cleaned and pressed and some still had price tags on them. Thredup accepted none. Be careful when dealing with them. I now deal with Twice which accepted 11 out of 14 item that I sent. Their turn around time is much faster. Twice also accepts Chico's which Thredup doesn't. Don't understand that.
