After I entered all my delivery & payment information, a page popped up with everything correct and a "Confirm" arrow block at the top of the page. I waited for 15 minutes for a "continue" or "place order" link to appear; one never did. I has to go back to the main page, re-log in, and almost missed the window for confirming the order. There has been some sort of error with the on-line purchase process 2 out of the 3 times I've ordered items from you. On the third order, a piece arrived damaged. I've also had one delivery miss the delivery window. If this one does, I'm done with you.
