I went on the site in order to see how this website works. I got into a chat with a rep, and everything was fine until i asked him if he could solve a problem so i can get a good understanding on how the system works. The rep ask me for my information like email and contact number, but i don't comfortable with doing that. After i informed him of that, he didn't reply for 10 minutes. When he did, all he said was i need your information. This service is freaken terrible.
