I have ordered several items from Banggood, and all has arrived as depicted on the site. The last order I made came in missing two batteries and it appeared that the stringed envelope may have been opened. I contacted Banggood, and they resent two replacements. They respond to service questions and problema in a timely manner. I have become a loyal customer.
