I understand the warning about the 9.99 charge PER WEEK after 14 days. BUT there are people out there that are jobless and are trying to save as much money as they can. What if they totally forgot about the 14 days. An email of phone call would be nice. Also 9.99 FOR WHAT!? What do they do besides making resumes pretty? Do they help you find a job? Do they call you with a representative with job leads? NOPE. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING! STAY AWAY!

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. All of our subscriptions are auto-renewing. We state this on the subscription sales page and we also send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.

A monthly subscription makes it easy for our customers to customize the resume and cover letter for each position for which they are applying, and also to avoid interruption on the service.
