I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mom, based on the picture, on Mother's Day that was offered with a $10 coupon to get free delivery. They didn't have same day delivery available, so I chose next day. The flowers on the picture looked beautiful, but what my mom got didn't look nearly as pretty and on top of that, they didn't look fresh, neither the flowers were delivered on the day agreed. The only pretty thing on the arrangement was the pink bow they used, that's it. I had to contact PickupFlowers.com twice, they asked me to send pictures of the product delivered. So I did because I was confident about my claim; I had nothing to hide. Within three hours they replied to my email address that nothing was wrong with the arrangement, that they seemed to be quality flowers based on the image, that the ones I saw in the picture were an upgraded version, and that they were delivered accordingly. All a bunch of lies. They refused to stand behind their deceiving 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' advertisement.
1. That was the only option available to purchase. It didn't give any options of standard-better-deluxe. NO. They advertised the arrangement as if it was the one to be purchased for the price offered. Period.
2. They don't have a direct phone number. The only way to contact them is through 'Live Assistance'. No email, no mailing address, no phone number.
3. They don't honor what they promote on their website about their "excellent customer service." They do not refund OR replace if you aren't satisfied, the flowers they deliver are not premium quality flowers, and they seem to fail delivering on time, based on my experience and other customers' reviews. They might, however, offer you a 10% discount on your NEXT purchase... Awful!
Bottomline, avoid this company. There are many others that although they may charge a little more, they do stand behind the quality of their products and service. PickupFlowers.com is a scam.
