Tickets can be tricky, I get it. This is why when I order Tickets I am VERY thorough. This company was easy to order from & communication on the sales side was very good. The Problem here is that they use the classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I ordered Balcony3 tickets in this case and the only reason I went with Balcony seats at all is because they were in the center. Well I was sent Balcony1 which is all the way on the side. Rather than try to help me fix their error they played games saying that I received BALC Row J and that is what I ordered. BAIT AND SWITCH.

Tip for consumers:
If all you want is a ticket you are fine. But DO NOT EXPECT to receive exactly what you ordered.

Hello JP! Thank you for your comments! We're sorry for all the trouble. You actually did not order through our website directly. You went through another website that lists our inventory and the inventory of other secondary ticket market websites. It seems there was confusion with the venue map they had listed on their site. The ticket seller on our end labeled the tickets simply as Balcony, Row J. This means that were promising to supply any tickets together in Row J of the Balcony - left, right, or center. The venue map on our site indicated this correctly. We did reach out to the other website through which you ordered and they will be helping to address the issue with you since the problem is on their end. We have spoken with them already about this matter and do appreciate your patience.
