The features are great and all, but they didn't send me an e-mail to warn me that my account was going to start being billed $40 a month. Please remember to cancel your account. I had to do a lot of complaining to get a refund, but was kindly helped thereafter. Overall, a great site for its purposes, but expensive and a little shady.

Tip for consumers:
Cancel your account within 10 days of making it to avoid being overcharged.

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our site and did not have the best customer service experience. We explain that the subscription is auto-renewing. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. Customers can cancel at any time. Once it is successfully cancelled, a cancellation confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email address listed on file.
