Be careful
Your cheap flight is about to become more expensive than you thought

International flights should not be charging per meal let alone $20
They should also allow you to inform them of an allergy not tell you wait and see what's available

I have never heard of international flights charging for the first bag either yet here we are
And of course we find out after we book a non refundable ticket which is also our travel agents fault as well but non the less it shouldn't be this way in the first place
On any flight, and I fly a lot, I have never had to pay to reserve a coach seat yet here I am

Now I'm stuck because I refuse to give them a dime extra than I have to, I will be hungry, and seated away from my spouse because they don't have the common sense or decency to book it this way in the first place

I wont ever fly with them and I would not recommend them to anyone!

Well I honestly gave this 1 star meaning if I could give it less, I would

The only positive note is that I never bothered to do business with this slime ball

I decided to ask around on quotes for moving our furniture from Toronto to Galway Ireland
Anyways we received several quotes over the course of a week
Many company's even followed up with a phone call which was nice
This company offered a ridiculous quote that was over $1500 CAD more than every company and we even had two that offered us over $2000 CAD cheaper
We sent the same list to every company of what needed to be moved
Anyways I wasn't too upset as we had many good offers, I simply disregarded this company
I ended up receiving a "reminder that I am moving" e-mail, because people apparently forget that they are moving continents (insert rolling eyes here)
The email was from David Magliocco
I replied to him telling him it was extortion and that I found over $2000 cheaper and said thanks but no thanks
His quick reply was and I quote was
"extortion? I beg your pardon? Seems to me the other company is clearly not quoting on the same services nor volume

I not only replied that everyone got the same list and requirements and repeated extortion
I also told him I wasn't mad but thought he should know not to bother with follow ups and reminded him that I clearly didn't forget I was moving
I also said for future to try not insult a customers intelligence and that his attitude alone made me not want to do business with him
He sent a sarcastic and insulting email back
Sounds like a pathetic loser and I don't do business like this
He's very shady and lacks basic communication skills let alone customer service
You would think someone asking $2000 more than everyone else would at least know how to talk to a customer
Apparently that expectation was too high in David's case
I also want to point out that I read the reviews on this company and everyone had a complaint about them not honoring signed contracts, it being a scam and being charged twice or they wouldn't release from customs etc
Funny enough I didn't read one positive review, there's a surprise!

I have shopped on this site a lot and honestly never really had a complaint
Until recently
Half of the stuff I ordered didn't come and lately the only way to resolve it is through a dispute and sometimes the seller will give me my money back and now their new thing is to wait til the last possible second to refuse it and offer purchase protection and I escalate the dispute and nothing gets resolved
For example
Order # ************** ordered in September 2015, still not received, the crooked marked it as delivered and I emailed them saying I didn't get it, they didn't answer a heap of emails so I disputed, they continue til now to ignore me and I am out the money, well guess what I am dragging them down for it

Next was order #

Still not here, they send me $#*!ed emails telling me to wait and I refuse every time because its almost January and I ordered sept 11,2015, are you f*$king kidding me? And they are pulling the same garbage I had to escalate the dispute and I don't want to wait for it anymore I want a refund, they are refusing, so until I get my money back from both of these a*shole crooks I will leave a bad review on every site possible until they take the hint!

Sad bunch of crooks
It's one thing to make a
Mistake but to actually go out of your way not to rectify it
Seriously pathetic
The staff is not only rude and incompetent but they seriously lack a standard social skills required for half decent customer service
It's an actual joke the way they do business and I would never recommend this service to anyone
Stick with Canada post if you want something done right

The entire staff combined at DHL shares half a brain and are not capable of doing their jobs
My service was so bad I wish I could put negative stars
These people are crooks and show zero responsibility for anything
Pathetic!

When I ordered my product which was a headpiece for my wedding, the shipping company messed up really bad
To make it worse the shipping company wouldn't rectify anything even after I gave them solid proof all they did was point the finger at jjhouse
When I addressed my concerns with jjhouse they were so helpful and understanding and helped me reach a fast solution
They covered my freight charge that wasn't suppose to be there in the first place but they didn't want me to get burned because of the shipping company
They were sincere and honest and honestly it's nice to see customer service where they actually care
My product is due to arrive tomorrow and I'm a happy customer :)
