They sent me the wrong size hitch although I told them what size I needed. There was no apology or being sorry of doing that and then charged me, almost, another $150 to send me the size I needed. After I complained they they offered to send me $99 back but no apology. I never received the $99 either. What a chumps and then they sent ne an email to review them and give them a 5 star review approval. No kidding!

I bought many things from them (3 pages). It seems they are ok until I bought a ski helmet from this seller: http://www.aliexpress.com/store/*******. It came with scratch marks, the vents did not work and it was small, and the quality was not good at all. I received it on "December 30,2013 11:56 am." I immediately opened a dispute and sent all the evidence of my claim by taking pictures, videos, etc. It is February 17,2014, and I still have not heard anything back as what is their verdict. They are supposed to settle their disputes in three days!
