I called 15 minutes before closing time. The voice says that an agent will be with me 'briefly'. Then for some random thing, it looped again and made me go through their voice queue while I was holding. Then it went straight to voice mail telling me to leave a message. I has on hold for 15 minutes! They can't be possibly busy that late at night close to 11pm ET. I think there was nobody there but they make you wait to sound like they have lots and lots of customers. Well I was trying their Live Chat as well at the same time but nobody seems to be on anytime. I think that's fake.
Anyway, I tried calling them because I wanted to return an item. I thought the return would be easy but when I went to my invoice, the RETURN button is grayed out... WTF! So you can't return it via online and can't return it via chat or phone because nobody is working to take your call. Yet they say on their website that returns are easy. This company is a joke!
