My wife picked out a couple of shirts on this website and I ordered them for her birthday. I had no issues receiving the products on time, but I ordered quite a ways in advance. She was extremely happy with her purchase and has already picked out a few more items for her wishlist. And I was very happy with the price, so it was definitely a win win situation.

Again, very confused by the negative comments. I've ordered once from Opensky, it was a necklace for my wife. It arrived quickly, was packaged well, and was exactly as described. My wife loves it! And it was very cheap for the quality.

Opensky is like Amazon in that just because you're ordering from them does not mean that company is actually shipping the product. So you should be picky about who you order from on these sites.

I had to contact customer service regarding my account at one point, and it does take them a little while to respond, but I received the help I needed, so I have no complaints.

Very confused by all the negative reviews here. I live in the Kansas City area and had no issues with matches. I met multiple interesting and charming individuals, several of whom I'm still friends with, but never really found anyone I clicked with. It just so happened that I met my future wife while I was on eHarmony, but I did not meet her through eHarmony.

But I found the payments reasonable as I wanted to meet women who were serious about relationships and meeting someone. When I did cancel, I received emails asking why and if there was anything they could do to get me back.

Of course, this was about four years ago, so I guess the website could have gone downhill since then, but at the time I was very happy with the service I received.

I've only ordered a few times on eBay but I haven't had any issues. The products that I received were as described and I had no complaints against the sellers.

I've also sold on eBay and similarly have gotten lucky. Each time an auction ended, I received money for the transaction (one time had to wait a week and had almost given up, but they did end up paying).

Since discovering the full potential of Amazon four years ago, I do most of my shopping through their website -- even going as far as to order dog and cat food. I especially love purchasing Christmas presents through them as I hate the holiday rush at stores.

The few times that I have had a problem with items not being shipping on time, etc, I have received excellent customer service and the problems have always been addressed promptly and satisfactorily.

There's only been one time where I received damaged merchandise (as everything is usually packaged quite well) and Amazon immediately refunded my money and paid for me to ship the product back to them.
