After reading some of the reviews I think I'm somewhat lucky that I saw this erroneous charge of 12.97 on my statement and I called them and they said I signed up for this when I did an online purchase from Brookstone, but until now I have no idea what they are talking about. I'm a stickler about this kind of thing so they did an excellent job hiding what it is your are signing up for! They do send you a confirmation email, however when you get an email from them, which I did, you ignore it because you are not expecting it so that's how they get past the legalities in my opinion. Unfortunately they got me twice, the 1st one I thought it had to do with Christmas shopping because it was a Dec charge and I thought it was a gift. So I lost 25.94 before I realized what was happening. I will post this to my friends on Facebook. Pass the word along so people know about this!
Tip for consumers:
They may have something to offer, I didn't bother to check it out because of the way they went about subscribing me, but you might. I just don't like dealing with a company who feels they have to trick you into subscribing.
