Delivery time estimates are grossly inaccurate and support sub par. Have been waiting over 2 hours for delivery from restaurant would have taken 20 minutes to walk to order and receive food. Attempted to save time since the order was for a work team lunch.

Tip for consumers:
Seamless at least provides estimate prior to an order being placed
