“Money making racket and no communication with customers”

Been on three weeks paid up for two months sent message got no reply some of them had not been on line for two months but there profile was still up to read and message them went on yesterday clicked on my profile yesterday and it said your account has been deleted no message why ore how am still waiting for a reply from customers services witch is a automated service so the have robbed five weeks worth of money from me?
