We take our customer satisfaction guarantee very seriously and wish to make your experience with us a positive one. I wanted to clarify that every photo and slide we receive does get processed through a heavy duty photo blower before it is scanned. However, if there is any additional dust, specks, etc. after it is processed through the blower, these may be visible in the scans.
