VERY slow. Poor scanning quality. Images are grainy and covered with dust. They don't bother to blow of the slides first.

I've already reached out to you privately, but wanted to follow up with you publicly as well. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We take our customer satisfaction guarantee very seriously and wish to make your experience with us a positive one. I wanted to clarify that every photo and slide we receive does get processed through a heavy duty photo blower before it is scanned. However, if there is any additional dust, specks, etc. after it is processed through the blower, these may be visible in the scans. If you wouldn't mind taking the time to reach out to me personally, I will do everything I can to help make your experience with PhotoBin positive.
