90% of the reviews on trust pilot are bought and paid for. They know it and encourage it. Most positive reviews are posted shortly after a negative review in quick succession.

Small unknown companies have 50k+ reviews seriously warning label right there. If I see a trust pilot rating be flouted I automatically assume the company is shady now.

Typical Canadian re-seller attitudes... if you're close to the border just order from US supplier as you will get your items cheaper, faster, and with better customer service.

Don't believe their processing time estimates or for that matter pay extra for shipping as you will get regular service regardless.

So far so good... stay on top of them when you order.

If you don't get a working tracking number then threaten to open a dispute via paypal they are like every other direct from China site if you attempt to use their dispute system you will get side run.

All in all not the cheapest China shopping site but the fact it has PayPal forces them to have some accountability to the buyers.

It's an at your risk type of site... you can find some amazing deals and items there but if you have a problem don't expect any help. I limit my purchases to less then $100 for regular dealers and less then $20 when dealing with a new supplier.

More then once received defective goods and after going through a long and painful dispute process where I was required to provide video and photographic evidence AND shipping the defective item back Ali Express decided in favour of the seller.
