It's almost three weeks now since i returned the item, but i didn't receive yet any refund or update. They told me to wait for 1 to 2 weeks but until now, i never receive any. I tried to reach their contact number, but nobody answers the line even though I've tried dialing it for how many times. I am worried now if i can get my refund or replacement or my money will just gone that simple. Tsssk. Very disappointing!
