Wife sent an order with a note to contact us if dress could not be delivered by April 4th. Credit card was charged but received no contact. Sent an email and received no response. Sent another email asking for refund and letting them know that we would be contacting credit card company and finally received a response that the dress was ready and would be sent after completing their QC process but asking for us to give them more time.
