I ordered 2 Samsung 25R batteries on the 3rd of April. I contacted Fasttech through a ticket and they said this: Hi Jonathon McGregor,

We send the package to them on 3-April-2015. The package is still in the DHL company from our side.
We will ask them what happened. If there is no update in 1 week, please write back to us.

I contacted DHL yesterday, this is what they had to say: Good afternoon,
Thank you for contacting DHL eCommerce. I am sorry that you have not received your order. The company that you ordered from has not released the package to DHL. Contact the company and inform them that you have been in "Customer Alert Received" status since 4/4/15. If you track on our website http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com tracking number you will see the status of "Electronic Notification". The two terms mean the same thing.

Okay so now that I have this in the open, who is lying to me? I sent a request for a refund at 100% and not in store credit either since I will not be using their site again, and since I used paypal to complete this transaction I will dispute the charge and get my money returned... I am done with rip off artists. I work hard for what little money I have, $11 is cheap for 2 batteries so I guess I will have to go somewhere else for them. Thanks Fasttech for making my mind on ordering from you in the future!
