I dealt with sellers on their website who lied and cheated me and the website would not deal with it. They know of these questionable sellers and allowed them to pray on people. In my opinion you may get a good deal, but most likely, anything you buy will be fake or you will pay maore than you should. When I bid on and won what was an expensive item at a great price, the sellers simply did noy honnor my winning bid. This happened time and time again. These were not reserve sales. And Liveauctioneer did nothing. Not a safe place in my experience.

Their blinds are upscale and made of higher quality materials. They will last a long time as I have over a dozen. But when a part breaks you can get a replacement easily and quickly. The blinds are also designed to be easily repaired by someone like me, a novice. I called, ordered the parts, changed my order twice and was helped by Mr. Castillo throughout the process by email. I was very happy I did not have to replace the blind with some cheap look-a-like. All the parts snapped in easily and worked flawlessly. I suspect my repairs were easy and some may not be accomplished by a novice, but I was happy. If I ever need to replace a blind I will order from this company.

Call them to make sure you get the correct part.

They won't make it easy to use your insurance
They sent me to a cellular store to repair a dehumidifier. All the recommended repair shops are cellular phone stores. I wanted to speak to a human, but they make that impossible after hours. They do not allow an email where I could detail the problem and wait for a reply. The only help I got was a constant loop back to the FAQ page. I went through the online process and my claim was approved. I thought they would send me the cost of the item as they did years ago with my last claim. NOT ANY MORE! Their solution is to make me take my dehumidifier into a repair shop and then submit the bill for reimbursement. The repair estimate will be more than a new dehumidifier. So what do I do? Why don't they have repair shops where I can bring my dehumidifier in for repair and the shop gets paid by Squaretrade? What insurance company tells the insured to pay for the repair and then submit the bill for their approval? That is insane. What if they do not approve it? Then I am stuck with the bill. I cannot afford to repair the appliance and that is why I have an insurance policy. They make claims illusionary and impossible. I guess my only option is small claims court and to get insurance somewhere else. I advise you to avoid companies that do not have email addresses for customer support. It is a dead giveaway they want to hassle you so much you do not file a claim. No contact is good contact at Allstate. The hands that slap you in the face in my opinion.

Tip for consumers:
They will require you to find a repair shop. Then you have to get your item repaired and and pay for the repair. Then submit the bill to them for reimbursement. Will you get reimbursed if the repair is more than a new dehumidifier as is the case with me? No one has answered that question at Squaretrade. I would never get a Squaretrade appliance warranty. Look at their answers to complaints on other sites. They do nothing but say they are sorry.

Not reliable, not on time and refund is complicated. I ordered items that were in stock; of the dozen items I ordered only five arrived and late at that. They charged me for the items that were not delivered. Why? Then I have to get a refund and it was confusing to say the least. The people I spoke with were helpful and kind and promised to deliver some of the items the next day. Some of the items they did not have. Amazing that they keep limited stock of the items ordered.

Tip for consumers:
Order what you want, but do not expect to hget your full order.

I do not buy the soup bowl or other things that look full in the pictures. When they serve a bread bowl with soup, the soup only fills only half the bread bowl. The pictures are one thing with Panera, what you get is another. It is just how they do things.

This place says you will get a quote from them, but that is not true. You never get a quote from them. They will refer you to someone, anyone, who pays them and will give them your information. They sell your information is the point and do not disclose that.

I went here to get cheaper parking than the economy lot at Dulles. The say "from" $3.75 per day. Wow, A Great Deal! Not so fast... for every day it is $3.75 another day is $5.75 so it comes out to $4.75 per day. Yes, still cheaper than Dulles economy lot, but I actually paid over $6/day with fees. What I am saying is check around and know that their advertised price is not going to be your final price.

I have stored hundreds of movies on VUDU.COM and can watch them anytime. I assume my internet connection is fast and secure and that helps to stream HD movies without interruption. I can add my own movies to match for $1 or $2 each. The best part is I can watch them anywhere there is an internet connect and the VUDU app is installed like with a ROKU. ANd my family members can have access because there is free sharing with five people. It is a simple inexpensive movie provider.

When I buy anything on Amazon there is never an issue with it working or being as described. And if there is a problem returns are fast and easy. They will not allow me to be displeased. It is amazing, but that is my experience.

When I redeem movies on VUDU the process is easy and flawless. The movies are immediately available and stream without issue. Apple and Itunes are impossible. The movies are seen and then disappear. They work and then do not work. Customer service is a joke. I have stopped buying movies.
