I phoned these people like i have always done, but the 1st one just hung up on me, so i rang again and spoke to another person and asked him to speak to his supervisor and i explained my reason for wanting to speak to him and he hung up as well, if this happens again i will report them to trading standards and consummers rights law, thank you john heaney.

i would advise people to use these guys at guruaid.com/ as they can fix and clean up your computer when you need them to.
