This is the worst travel service I have ever used.
1) The agents cannot speak English!
2) I was granted a whopping $5.00 Refund!
3) I was on hold for 2 hours because I told off one of the agents!
3) They cancelled my reservation with NO REFUND!
4) Safe your time and money and use other travel services. CheapOAir is NOT RECOMMENDED!
5) The only thing they did correct was name this company CHEAP!
